CSU administrators launched this summer a plan to aggressively reduce the potential for mold build-up in the university's lone residence hall. The plan - in conjunction with previous efforts - comes as students and staff ready for a new year that many are hoping will be free from the odiferous presence of fungi and the adverse health effects that have plagued workers and students in the facility in the past.

Despite Notre Dame's disappointing 2007 season, it can expect a bevy of freshmen to enter the fall ready to compete. With one of the top-ranked recruiting classes in the nation, this could be exactly the case.
On the offensive side of the ball, Michael Floyd, Kyle Rudolph and Trevor Robinson have the best chance to see playing time early in the season.
