Will Ferrell may currently be in a slump, but "Old School" is a modern day classic. The idea of men in their 30s trying to grow up, but unwilling to let go of the college student inside is a great escape from reality. Only after the credits roll does the viewer realize that he or she won't be in college forever and inevitably have to face the real world and get a job.

A six-story Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is much closer to coming to Central Michigan University.
Lodgco Management LLC President and CEO Michael Smith said 80 to 90 percent of the lease has been agreed upon and he hopes to break ground in the fall.
The Board of Trustees gave University President Michael Rao full authority at its July 17 meeting to sign a lease with Lodgco and Alpine Holdings LLC, the developer of three to five office buildings that also will be placed south of West Campus Drive.
